While beards can be sexy, there are still a whole lot of men who want to sport a clean-shaven face. Others might want facial hair but would want them to be trimmed to the style of their liking. In such cases, you’ll want the best beard trimmer.
Before buying your beard trimmer, you have to consider factors like beard length, the trimmer’ purpose, the trimmer’s features, and whether if the trimmer is corded or cordless. You’ll also want to consider battery life and ease of use.
Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100
The Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 is built to bring precision when you shave your beard. This beard trimmer has a built in laser to guide you so you can shape and style your beard in any way you want it.
The laser guide on the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 has 17 length settings. I like to trim my beard in a specific length and using this beard trimmer is a lot easier than using a pair of scissors.
The Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 has an adjustable wheel that locks in place so it stays in the same length settings.
This beard trimmer requires little maintenance. The blades on the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 are self- sharpening and require no oil.

I just wish that the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 would pack more juice. It only has 60 minutes of shaving time for every one hour of charge.
The laser guide also needs a little getting used to. This is the first beard trimmer to incorporate a laser guide so first time users such as yourself may find it confusing, but you will get used to it after a couple of uses.
Overall, the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 9100 is a good buy for someone who needs a beard trimmer that gets the job done. If you need a beard trimmer to shape and tidy up your beard in a jiffy then give this trimmer a try.
Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer
I do not like to mess with a lot of tools when it comes to grooming my body hair. This is why the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer comes in handy.
The Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer is a versatile steel groomer that can shape your brows, trim your nose hair, beard, moustache and every body hair you have.
Since it is made of steel, the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer feels solid. It weighs just right and appears tough and heavy duty.
Another upside for the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer is its battery life. It uses the Lithium Ion 2.0 technology which packs four hours of battery life for each charge.
Plus, Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer has the one minute charge feature that allows you three minutes of usage, just enough for a quick shave.
On the downside, the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer blades could be a little sharper. It took me several passes before I got that clean shave I want.
It is also not possible to use the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer while it’s charging. However, it might not be that much of an issue since it does charge up quickly.
All in all, the Wahl Lithium Ion Stainless Steel Groomer is a good multi-purpose groomer. For its price, it’s like getting four products and more in one.

On the other hand, the Philips Norelco Beard trimmer Series 7200 could make do with a bigger battery; it usually lasts around 80 minutes on a single charge.
I also feel that the Philips Norelco Beard trimmer Series 7200 is not as powerful as other beard trimmers are. It gets the job done but I think that it might be a little less useful for people with longer hair.
Overall, the Philips Norelco Beard trimmer Series 7200 is an innovative product for those who do not like hair going all over the place whenever they shave. It is a good product for people with sensitive skin as well.
